- How is LeagueZONE different from regular social networks like Facebook or MySpace?
LeagueZONE is not just a social network. LeagueZONE is a fully functional league management software package that has simply been integrated with a social network for ease-of-use. Each park / sports facility that uses LeagueZONE to manage their leagues has access to a robust online management tool that rivals some of the best scheduling/management software packages on the market today.
Furthermore, LeagueZONE is the ONLY league management software to be integrated seamlessly into a social network framework, allowing the league's constituents to navigate their private team account with ease. - What is the difference between a single "team account" and a "league account"?
LeagueZONE was designed to integrate with entire leagues. When a league account is requested, a LeagueZONE administrator will provide a park / facility their own administrative account. This account contains all of the robust league management features that LeagueZONE was built around. The park / facility administrator will then begin managing their leagues through this administrator account. Each team will be given its own team page which is connected directly to the park / facility account. Schedules, weather alerts, league rankings, special events etc... are all managed by the park / facility administrator.
When using a single team account, it is a free-standing team account with no connection to a league. Many of the functions and benefits of LeagueZONE are not enabled in the single team accounts because it is not possible without a league administrator. Nevertheless, there are still many team management functions that are able to be utilized in the single team accounts that offer sports teams an added benefit compared with other social networks. - What if my confirmation email does not arrive?
Please follow the steps below to resolve this issue:
- Check your email app's spam or junk folder or filter.
- Check that you're trying to log in from the correct email address.
- Please note that some emails may be blocked by your ISP (internet service provider).

- What if I get an error using the confirmation email link?
Please follow the steps below to resolve this issue:
- First, try logging in (with the email address you signed up with).
- If you are unable to log in, copy and paste the full link that you received in the confirmation email into your browser.

- How do I add another friend / player?
Only a coach can add more players to a team page. Simple have your coach add the user's email address into his roster and a confirmation email will be sent out with instructions for them to login.
- Does LeagueZONE distribute my personal information?
LeagueZONE respects your privacy. We don't distribute your user information to marketers or spammers. You can read more about this in our "Terms & Conditions" link below.
- How do I report malicious behavior or content?
You may report abuse by using the proper "Report" link that appears next to many pieces of content on the site. You may also report another user by messaging your league administrator (using our private messaging feature) or even emailing us directly at membership@leaguezone.com .
- How do I deactivate my account?
If you are using LeagueZONE as part of a league, then your account will be removed by your local league administrator at the end of your league or after 90 days of inactivity.
If you are using LeagueZONE as a single team account, the "Delete Account" can be found at the bottom of the "Settings" page.
Note: Once you delete you account all images and content are permanently erased
